Delivery & Shipping

Same-day delivery in Karachi

We run our own delivery service, Party Express, so your order gets to you promptly. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are delivered the same day in Karachi, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the next day.

Need something urgently? Call or WhatsApp us on 0333 282 4383 and we will do our best to arrange a special delivery, subject to rider availability.

Nationwide shipping across Pakistan

For orders outside Karachi we ship through the best available courier service. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days depending on the courier's schedule and your location.

Free delivery

Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000. Delivery charges below this threshold are shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery charges may vary depending on traffic conditions and rider availability. We will always inform you of any change before your order is placed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives — no card needed, nothing paid up front.

Receiving your order

We require a signature on delivery. If you are not available, someone over 18 with your authority must be present to accept the order. If we cannot deliver because nobody is at the address, please contact us to arrange a new delivery date. Repeat delivery attempts may incur a charge, which we will agree with you in advance.

Balloons and helium

Please check each product page for fill type. Some balloons are supplied uninflated, some are air-filled, and some are helium-filled. Helium-filled balloons are for local Karachi delivery or in-store collection only — they cannot be sent by courier.
